The parent app is intended for adults (18+) who are legal guardians of the monitored devices.

3. Parental Responsibility

You agree to use the app solely for legitimate parental supervision and not for spying or unlawful monitoring of other individuals.

4. License

We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use Family1st solely for lawful parental monitoring.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for surveillance of non-consenting adults.
• Reverse engineer or modify Family1st.
• Use Family1st for commercial monitoring without written consent from Family1st.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Family1st is provided “as is.” Family1st is not responsible for data loss, misuse, or device malfunction resulting from improper configuration or unauthorized access.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may modify the app or terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
