Family1st provides parental control and device management solutions that help parents monitor and manage their children’s digital usage responsibly.

- Device information: device model, OS version, unique ID, app list, battery status.
- Location data: GPS-based location to provide real-time and historical tracking (with consent).
- App usage data: screen time, app activity, and app lock/unlock actions.
- SIM and network data: SIM number and change alerts for device tracking.
No personal content such as messages, photos, contacts, or media files is collected or accessed.

We use the data to:
- Provide parental control functionality (lock/unlock, app usage limits).
- Track device location and send alerts.
- Improve product experience and customer support.
- Enforce parental rules configured through the parent app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- The parent account that controls the child device.
- Service providers supporting our cloud infrastructure (under strict confidentiality).

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as the account remains active or required by law.
